Seriously feminine sterling silver chandelier earrings with moss aquamarine gems and silver saltwater keshi pearls. Long and elegant strands hang from handmade recycled sterling silver links with an ornate swirly texture. I also added some open areas to keep them very lightweight. The silver has been given a patina and polished up to a high shine. These earrings measure 86 mm (or almost 3 1/2 inches) x 28 mm.

A note on precious metal clay: ArtClay silver is a recycled product that consists of fine silver particles suspended in an organic binder. The clay can be worked like other forms of clay, sculpted to almost any shape you desire. The product is then fired at an extremely high temperature, either by kiln or torch. The binder burns away resulting in a pure silver (.999) or in this case .925 sterling silver piece. The silver is reclaimed from such sources as 35mm film and medical and industrial leftovers. No strip mining necessary.
